However, different publishers place different types of restrictions on which ebooks can be downloaded, how they must be downloaded, or on which devices they are able to be downloaded on to.

There are many ebooks available that are in the public domain (i.e. out of copyright), and can be downloaded for free, including ebooks that are used in classes at BCC.
