Getting Ready

For this assignment, we will use an electronic worksheet.  When you have completed the research process you will be able to submit your work to your professor.

 

Begin

  1. Open the article What ChatGPT knows about AI disinformation in one tab
  2. The worksheet link in another tab
  3. Leave this tab open. 

When you are done, you will have three tabs open.

Step 1 - Finding a Research Topic

This article is interesting, but what is the research topic? 

Let us begin the research process by THINKING. 

Now that you have read the article, you are ready to research something based on it.  The article you read is: What ChatGPT knows about AI disinformation.  

  1. The concept of disinformation  , false information, or  misleading information  can be applied to many topics, such as health care, education, or immigration.
  2. You will now choose a sub-topic to research.  Options are:
    1. Health Care
    2. Education
    3. Immigration

Now do the following:

  1. Add your name to the worksheet.
  2. Decide and mark the subtopic you will research
  3. ​​​​​​​Make your selections
