Setting Up a LinkedIn Profile

After reading the above article you should be excited to begin developing your LinkedIn Profile.  Not so fast though.  We have some work to do offline before moving online.

  • If you already have a LinkedIn account you will be modifying it during this assignment.  Make sure to print your current LinkedIn profile so your professor can see the changes you have made.
  • If you do not have a LinkedIn profile you will create one shortly.

Taking a professional picture: Your professor will review this with you and this will include available resources, times, and places.

Writing your Introduction:  Your professor will assign you a due date for your introduction.  Do not post anything until you have completed this step and received the go-ahead from your professor.
