This guide will introduce you to library resources which will be helpful to your success in BCC's performing arts classes.

Library Databases

 

 

ARTstor is a curated collection of over 300,000 images and their information with the tools to actively use the images. Off campus access is only available if you set up an account while you are on campus. Please write down your user name and password.

  

Enter the ARTstor digital library and create a free account for yourself. Then you will be able to save images, create presentations and add notes.

Watch instructional videos on the ARTstor You Tube channel to get help with savings images, using the online viewer or uploading images.

Oxford Music Online-  With Grove® Music Online as its cornerstone, Oxford Music Online also contains The Oxford Companion to Music (revised 2011), which offers more than 8,000 articles on composers, performers, conductors, instruments and notation, forms and genres, and individual works; and The Oxford Dictionary of Music, 2nd edition (revised 2006), which supplements Grove's more-extensive articles with content geared toward undergraduates and general users.
